Service Description
THIS IS FOR TEAMS THAT HAVE ALREADY DONE PART 1. Recognising your dog celebrates the moment they are in from the start and they definitely don't dream about finishing a search but we do will be our focus!! Recognising the 'real magic from our dog happens before the find' is the learning from this weekend. Understanding more of your dog's naunces of canine communication that will deliver real relationship change in how you work as a team because scent belongs to your dog. It is their language , their world and we are just the passenger. This workshop supports your existing learning and training plans but will enable you to learn about how and why your dog moves as they do when searching, why they sometimes pause and adjust their movement or sniff rate so as you learn from all the micro movements they show us from start of the search to find. Overall in this Part 2 we will celebrate the journey as much as the destination because all your dogs are amazing in reading the odour but just sometimes as handlers we try and rewrite the story.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
