Service Description
PART 1 IS FOR TEAMS THAT HAVE NOT DONE THIS WORKSHOP BEFORE. UNLOCKING SEARCH POTENTIAL is all about you and your dogs' individuality where we explore this across a tailored two day workshop. Focusing on your dog's behaviour and yours we look at ways to enhance your searching partnership together. The workshop will have up to 5 handlers, and you will have the opportunity to tailor-make what YOU want out of the weekend. There will still be plenty of discussion and chances to watch each other work. We will explore the smallest of behavioural changes and look at how making little adjustments can have huge positive differences, we will get to know our dogs in different ways, there unique personalities, emotions, and needs so that we communicate more effectively, advance our relationship and maximise their search and overall doggy potential. We will look at how our dogs can read our emotions, feel our mood. How they interpret our gestures and movements and mirror our energy. It's by being mindful of how our body language, emotions, and moods impact our dogs, we can begin to create a more harmonious and responsive working relationship.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
