Service Description
Important: All dogs must be comfortable resting in your car between searches. You will need to be a member of The National Nosework Association and have an ORT Number. Please join on their website - https://thenationalnoseworkassociation.co.uk/memberships FOUNDATION STAGE Interior search Definition of interior – any area/areas inside where doors can be closed. ❖ 1 hide ❖ 2-minute search time ❖ Odour specific blank/clean shell ❖ Surface hide (within reach of smallest dog) ❖ 1 false call permissible ❖ Dogs may be rewarded in the search area Exterior search Definition of exterior – any outside area/areas/perimeters. ❖ 1 hide ❖ 2-minute search time ❖ Odour specific blank/clean shell ❖ Surface hide (within reach of smallest dog) ❖ 1 false call permissible ❖ Dogs may be rewarded in the search area Selection test Definition of items – tubs/boxes/shoes/plant pots/pipes/scent boxes/a combination of items. ❖ 6 items ❖ 1 hide ❖ 1 minute search time ❖ Dogs to be worked on a line ❖ 1 false call permissible ❖ Dogs may be rewarded in the search area. ❖ Items may be laid out in any pattern provided it is clear to the judge which items have been searched NOTE – The trials official and judge may require handlers to work some or all the searches on line. If an element is deemed on-line then this is compulsory.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
