Service Description

Join us on the start of your MANTRAILING ADVENTURE and learn how to work as a team with your dog and follow a human scent to find a hidden person! Mantrailing is an engaging dog sport that is low-impact, enriching and incredibly fun for both you and your dog. It's fully inclusive, welcoming people and dogs of all ages, breeds, and abilities. Even dogs with confidence issues or reactivity can participate, as each dog works individually. *IMPORTANT: Because each dog is worked individually, it's essential that all dogs are comfortable resting safely in their car in-between trails. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING ON THE DAY: *Your dog, wearing a flat collar *Plenty of tasty rewards or your dog's favorite toy *A Y-shaped harness *An old item of your clothing as a scent article We'll provide everything else you need and then over the course of three hours, we'll cover some theory, teach you effective handling techniques with a long line, and head out to practice up to 3, two-part trails. Each person will have the opportunity to lay trails for the group, helping you to meet new friends and get the most from the day. Upon completion of the workshop, you'll receive a certificate that qualifies you to join progression sessions we hold all at various venues. See you there!
