Service Description
Important: All dogs must be comfortable resting in your car between searches. SUITABLE FOR DOGS ON GUN OIL OR KONG. Small group only to really maximise search and 1:1 time with the Nosey Dogs team. Teaching dogs to clear areas in scent detection helps them search methodically and confidently. It ensures they cover the whole space, not just wander randomly. This builds trust between dog and handler, boosts the dog’s confidence, and makes searches more reliable, efficient, and enjoyable for both. Searching may take place both indoors, and outdoors. Each search will develop skills, handling and dog confidence but it's designed for handlers who have already started scent training.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
