Service Description
IMPORTANT - ALL DOGS MUST BE COMFORTABLE RESTING IN YOUR CAR BETWEEN THEIR SEARCHES. For dogs that are on Gun Oil, kong or toy. This course is suitable for any level as each exercise will be tailored to the teams' individual wants and needs. The sessions will break down different elements of the search. Exercises will include:- * increasing motivation and engagement * working in tight spaces, under/over objects * Strengthening the dogs' relationship with the odour * different ways to teach/ improve indication * independent searching * Working with distractions and diversions * Working with trace odour and discrimination and generalising odour The sessions are designed to be fun and motivating for the dog. Working on strengthening the dog's problem-solving skills by using exercises focused on that element to ensure learning is fun and rewarding.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY • Any online booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. • Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £10 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 7 days prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £30 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the start of the course or class (and after the cooling off period) WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. • Any cancellation fee will be deducted before refunding the balance. • No partial refunds will be given once a course has started. • Only in the most exceptional circumstances will these policies be reconsidered. If we have to cancel an entire class or course, you will receive a full refund OR be offered and alternative class or course. If we have to re-arrange a session within a class or course due to weather, staff illness, emergency situation etc, we will offer you an alternative date. WE DO NOT GIVE PRO RATA REFUNDS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE ALTERNATIVE OPTION.
